After four years of slow but steady growth, we are finally launching a second programme! I'm proud to announce that for 2019 we will be holding a new retreat, Create & Connect -
an immersive one-week retreat combining mindfulness, movement, voice, and creative music-making, held in a stunning manor house on a working farm in rural Portugal.
Our new retreat is designed for those of you who love making music but for whom it's more of a hobby or an interest, and/or for those musicians who want to dive more deeply into health and well-being. We want to demonstrate how creativity and connection to ourselves and others can help our mental and physical well-being. This idea rests at the core of my whole practice, and I'm so excited to develop this special retreat dedicated exclusively to this concept. Do share the news with your friends, family, and colleagues!
