We would greatly appreciate it if those who have the means to pay their full ticket price upon registration do so.

​

However, if you are not able to pay the full ticket price immediately, there are two payment options:
 

1.) Pay your £100 deposit now to reserve your space. Your remaining payment will be due in full by August 1st, 2023.
 

2.) Pay your £100 deposit now to reserve your space. Your remaining fee can be paid in two installments. The first half of your remaining ticket fee will be due halfway between your time of registration and August 1st. The remaining half will be due by August 1st.

 

All outstanding fees are due by August 1st, 2023. After that date, if you still have outstanding fees and we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this case, our normal cancellation policy will apply.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you cancel your registration, we will keep your deposit and return a portion of your remaining ticket fee, depending on when you cancel. 

• Before July 1st 2023: receive 100% of your remaining ticket fee minus deposit

• Between July 1st and August 1st: receive 50% of your remaining ticket fee minus deposit

• After August 1st there will be no refunds or discounts, including for arriving late, leaving early, illness, unexpected weather conditions etc. 

 

In the event that we need to cancel or postpone the event, you may choose to request a full refund, or keep your ticket for when the event is rescheduled.
